We are looking for a reliable and hands‐on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Blue C Coolangatta.The hours are approximately 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.Award rates apply including Superannuation and weekend loading.The role includesPreparing rooms for incoming guestsReplacing supplies and items in roomsSpring Cleans when requiredSupervising and supporting cleaning standardsPresenting rooms to a high standardWhat we're looking forProven supervisory or team leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality environmentsStrong knowledge of cleaning standards, techniques and best practices in the hospitality industryExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standardsStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleaguesPhysical fitness and ability to perform or supervise physically demanding tasksReliability and flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts as required on a casual basisA customer‐focused mindset and understanding of the importance of guest satisfactionPreferred:
