Job Description
Melbourne City Mission Palliative Care (MCMPC) seeks a Part time Enrolled Nurse to deliver specialist palliative care within an interdisciplinary team.
You will provide holistic support to clients and carers, participate in symptom assessment, care plan development and planned follow-up, and ensure accurate documentation in client records, aligned with MCM's values and policies.
