You will play a key role being the face of the brand and leading a team dedicated to providing superior guest service.You will be collaborative in your approach and interested in developing and up-skilling team members.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the front desk team and ensure efficient and courteous serviceOversee check-in and check-out procedures, reservations,



and guest enquiriesTrain and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiencyCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resident satisfactionAssist in managing room inventory, rates, and occupancy levelsResponsible for overnight management of the property, to assist guests when needed outside of business hours,Key Requirements:Proven experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry, preferably hotel accommodationProficiency in hotel management systems and reservation softwareStrong leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solvingQualification in management or leadership highly desirable.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsDedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team environmentThis role may be required to work on weekends as per rostering and business needs.
The position is paid hourly rates, penalties and loadings per the Hospitality Industry General Award ****.
