The role delivers high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and within HITH clinic settings, combining autonomous practice with multidisciplinary collaboration.Ideal candidates hold Division 1 RN with AHPRA, a Victorian Driver Licence, and strong clinical assessment skills.
