In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support at every stage of their experience.
This position is perfect for someone just embarking on their career and seeking something unique.DutiesProvide outstanding customer service to all customers via phone and email.Assist with any product enquiries and prepare quotes as needed.Provide end-to-end sales support – process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure appropriate paperwork is complete.Effectively manage freight processes – ensure transport details,



lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively.Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a customer-facing role.
