Europcar Mobility Group in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a dedicated full-time Shift Supervisor for our Airport & City locations.
Reporting to the Station Manager, you will lead a small team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the growth of our station.You will manage rostering, monitor KPIs, control costs, and promote Europcar services locally.
A valid Australian work right, robust communication, and 7-day rotating shifts are required.
