This Casual position in the Housekeeping category offers an exciting chance to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our property.
Your responsibilities will include:Performing cleaning duties during the night shift to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanlinessMonitoring and maintaining security measures throughout the premisesAssisting residents or guests with any inquiries or requests during the night hoursReporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant departmentsAdhering to health and safety regulations at all timesCollaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shiftThe main tasks for this role involve:Carrying out thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, restrooms, and other facilities as requiredConducting regular patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment for residents and visitorsProviding exceptional customer service by addressing any enquiries or requests courteously and efficientlyDocumenting and communicating any incidents or issues effectively in accordance with company proceduresFollowing established protocols for handling emergencies or unusual situations that may arise during the night shiftWorking hours are from 11pm – 7am Friday and Saturday, 16 hours per week.
