The objective of the role is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of client orders, which is used to determine daily schedules for technicians and office staff.
The role can be quick-paced, and requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail.Duties and Responsibilities:Manually entering client orders from multiple email accounts into the job management systemLiaising with clients, technicians and office personnelAssisting with client calls and bookings.Resolving any job and client queries.You will Bring:Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative roleIntermediate to advanced data entry skillsData processing and / or construction backgroundGood communication skills and ability to develop relationships with clientsApplications close 5.00pm on 30 October ****.
