As part of the Front Office team you will be responsible for providing positive guest experiences through welcoming and assisting guests, explaining hotel facilities & local attractions and anticipating guest needs.
Your ability to be able to deal with various types of guests and being able to recognise their differing needs will stand you in valuable stead for this role.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHave a thorough knowledge of what to see and do around Brisbane as well as have the ability to organise events, tours, flights, transport, and restaurant bookingsUp sell and suggestive sell to enhance the guest's experienceBe an ambassador of the hotel,
