Australian Hotel & Brewery is part of the Sonnel Hospitality Group which owns and operates multiple venues throughout Sydney.The Australian Hotel & Brewery Rouse Hill is a bustling venue known for its award winning craft beers, quality food, and vibrant atmosphere.About the Roles:We're on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hands and Cooks to join our team on a casual basis to work rotational shifts across a mix of days, nights and weekends!

Assist with basic food preparationMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and food prep areasDispose of waste and follow hygiene protocolsSupport chefs and kitchen staff as neededKey Responsibilities - CookPreparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.Maintaining a clean and protected kitchen environment.Assisting with food prep, stock rotation.In this role you will assist chefs with food preparation,



keep the kitchen clean and organised, operate dishwashers, and ensure cookware and utensils are ready for serviceWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsStrong work ethic and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnWhy Join Us?
