This is a full-time entry pathway designed to give you the qualifications, tickets, practical skills and industry exposure you need to get started.ABOUT THE ROLEEarn while you learn through an Initial 16-week, full-time paid traineeship completing a Certificate I in Construction$28–$29 per hour, plus applicable overtime, daily travel and meal allowancesGain practical, hands‐on experience while completing nationally recognised trainingPotential pathways following the initial program include:Certificate III traineeships in Civil ConstructionCertificate III traineeships in Rail Infrastructure / Rail TractionCivil Labourer rolesPlant Operator rolesQueensland Rail Recipient rolesThe goal is not simply to complete a qualification.
