The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond, Victoria is seeking a part time Dual Diagnosis Program Facilitator to support a 3‐week rolling program.
You will lead and co‐lead groups, collaborate with MDT members and nurses, and implement relapse prevention plans to help patients achieve recovery and emotional wellbeing.This role requires Allied Health registration, a suitable qualification, and a commitment to ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team.
