You will be at the forefront of our guests' experience, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments.What you'll be doingGreeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a qualified and friendly mannerTaking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen and bar teamsServing food and drinks promptly whilst maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hygieneProviding knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials and beveragesEnsuring tables are set correctly and maintained throughout the dining experienceClearing and resetting tables efficiently between seatingsProcessing payments and handling cash or card transactions accuratelyResponding to guest queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesyMaintaining a clean and organised dining area and stationWorking collaboratively with kitchen,
