Greenstreat is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in driving the success of our store.This is more than just a hospitality role.
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and keep the store running at its best every day.What you'll be doingSupport the Store Manager with the day to day running of the storeLead, coach and motivate the team to perform at their bestCreate a positive, welcoming and high energy team cultureDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer feels welcomeLead by example across service, food quality, cleanliness and store standardsSupport team training, onboarding and developmentHelp drive sales through great customer service and effective upsellingMonitor food quality, portioning, wastage and overall store performanceAssist with stock management, ordering and daily operationsEnsure all food safety, WHS and company procedures are followedHelp identify opportunities to improve the store and the teamStep up and take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is not presentWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is:A confident and positive leader who people naturally want to followPassionate about hospitality, food and creating great customer experiencesEnergetic,
