Join our team at North Shore Private Hospital as a Billing Liaison Officer on a permanent part-time basis!
The role is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, collections, reporting; to name a few.
You will have outstanding communication skills where you will use your superior customer service skills, liaising with internal and external customers.
About You
Your Skills and Experience
Strong customer service skills by telephone and in person
Knowledge of Health fund contracts and accounting processes.
High level of computer literacy and advanced user in Microsoft programs
Experience in hospital mainframe systems
Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
Relevant health services experience (desirable)
