You will be working across a variety of domestic, commercial and fit-out projects throughout Sydney, learning alongside experienced electricians and being exposed to all aspects of the electrical trade.
Previous experience is valuable, but for us, attitude, reliability, work ethic and culture are just as important as technical ability.

Domestic electrical installations
Commercial electrical installations

You will be given the opportunity to learn properly and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently undertaking an electrical apprenticeship or looking to commence one
Has a genuine interest in becoming a high-quality electrician
Has a strong work ethic
Is reliable and turns up on time
Is willing to listen and learn
Takes instructions well
Shows initiative rather than waiting to be told every little thing
Takes pride in their work
Is organised and looks after tools, materials and equipment
Communicates well with tradesmen, supervisors and clients
Is willing to work across both domestic and commercial projects
Wants to continually improve their skills
A current driver's licence and Construction White Card are highly regarded.
Culture Is Extremely Important to Us
Culture is one of the most important parts of our business.
We want to build a team of people who actually enjoy working together, respect one another and are proud of the work they produce.
We are not interested in bringing someone into the business who negatively affects the team, regardless of how experienced they may be.
We want an apprentice who:
Treats everyone with respect
Has a positive attitude
Is willing to help the other boys
Can take constructive feedback without attitude
Doesn't bring unnecessary negativity or drama onto site
Can have a laugh and enjoy being part of the team
Understands when it's time to work and get the job done
Is accountable for their mistakes and learns from them
Wants to improve themselves and the people around them
Represents the company professionally in front of clients and builders
You don't need to know everything — that's what an apprenticeship is for.
What we do expect is someone who wants to learn, works hard, respects the team and takes pride in improving every day.

Growth & Responsibility
We want our apprentices to eventually become confident tradesmen who can take responsibility, lead others and manage projects.
If you show the right attitude and work ethic, you will be given opportunities to:
Work directly with experienced tradesmen
Develop your technical skills
Learn how projects are planned and managed
Read drawings and understand job specifications
Communicate with builders and other trades
Take responsibility for sections of work
Mentor younger apprentices as you progress
Eventually move into tradesman and leadership roles within the company
We want people who are looking to build a career with us, not simply complete their apprenticeship and move on.
What We Offer
Full-time employment
Competitive apprentice wages
Ongoing training and development
Hands-on experience across domestic, commercial and fit-out projects
Exposure to a wide variety of electrical work
Support from experienced electricians and management
A strong team environment
Opportunities to take on more responsibility as you progress
Genuine career progression within the business
A workplace where good people, hard work and culture are valued
The Person We're Looking For
The right person doesn't necessarily need to be the most experienced apprentice.
We're looking for someone who turns up with the right attitude, wants to improve, works hard, respects the team and takes pride in what they do.
We can teach electrical skills.
We can't teach someone to care.
If you're looking for an apprenticeship where you can genuinely learn the trade, work on quality projects and become part of a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
Apply through SEEK with your resume and a short introduction telling us a little about yourself, what year of your apprenticeship you're currently in and why you're interested in joining our team.
Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys.
If you see something suspicious, report this job ad .
