We're looking for a Community Support Worker based in Merriwa to join our integratedliving team and provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients in their homes and local community.This is a great chance for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, making a difference every day and being part of their local community.What you'll be doingEvery day is different, but you could be:Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routinesAssisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic assistanceSupporting clients to access their local communityProviding companionship and building meaningful connectionsHelping clients maintain their independence and wellbeingTravelling to Cassilis when required to support clientsWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is caring,



reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others.To be considered for this role, you must:Live in MerriwaHold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similarBe available a minimum of Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pmBe willing and able to travel to Cassilis when requiredHold a current Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicleHold a valid First Aid, CPR, Working with Children check, Police Check/NDIS clearanceHave, or be willing to obtain, the required pre-employment checksWhy join integratedliving?
