In this highly engaging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our clients find the perfect storage solutions for their needs.Key responsibilitiesAssist customers in person, over the phone and via digital channels to understand their storage requirements and recommend tailored solutionsDemonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our storage units and accessories to customersProcess bookings, rentals, and sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain the cleanliness and organisation of the storage facility to provide a welcoming environmentContribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experienceAbout youPrevious experience in a customer service or sales-focused role, ideally within the retail or storage industry1-2 years of customer service or sales experience very desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen,
