You'll work closely with staff and the wider team to ensure rosters are accurate, well maintained and meet operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain staff rosters using HumanforceManage roster changes,



updates and staff availabilityCommunicate with staff regarding roster requirements and changesProvide general administrative support to the teamMaintain accurate records and support compliance with policies and proceduresAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a rapid-paced environment.
You will ideally have:Previous experience in rostering or workforce schedulingExperience within aged care, healthcare or community services highly regardedExperience using Humanforce or a similar rostering systemStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and adaptable approachStrong computer and administration skillsWhat's on Offer?
