Someone who:Has some flexibility with their daysHas previous dental assisting experience and can hit the ground runningIs confident working chairside and understands the rhythm of a busy dental practiceCan comfortably step into reception when neededTakes pride in doing things properly — not just getting them doneIs calm, kind and empathetic with patientsCommunicates well and genuinely enjoys being part of a teamBrings a positive attitude, even on the days when the schedule has other plans!
Is reliable, organised and willing to pitch in wherever they're neededA Certificate III in Dental Assisting is ideal,
