OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.Curriculum Knowledge: A strong dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the Torquay and surrounding areas.Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:Child Safety: A steadfast commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments.Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
