This is a energetic and role and would suit out going person to provide our customers with a positive and reliable experience.Reporting to the Team Leader your key focus will include:Servicing customers at the trade counter with providing product information and recommendationsProcessing sales through our POS systemMaintaining and housekeeping of the warehouseReceiving, processing and packing of orders in a timely and accurate mannerPreparing orders for dispatch and shippingAlways have a safety focus and adhere to HSE standards and Quality control proceduresSupport and promote HoseCo's valuesSkills and ExperienceWe are looking for someone who is:Solutions focused with a strong work ethicAble to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when requiredWilling to adapt to changing business requirementsPhysically fitOur ideal candidate will have;Previous experience in a customer service roleIndustry experience is preferred but not required.The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months, a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening may also be required.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful company with a supportive team culture.
