We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants based in Rockhampton.
We assist individuals, businesses and other commercial entities with compliance, assurance and business development services.
THE ROLE
We are seeking to expand our team and currently have a position available for a bookkeeper.
The role is full-time but for the right candidate, we will consider part-time hours.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping and administration tasks for clients across various industries including:
Data entry and reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll
Activity statement preparation
You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a four-day working week (Monday to Thursday).
ABOUT YOU




We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
Confident working independently with strong communication skills
Good keyboard skills, familiarity with Windows operating system, the use of Microsoft Office and accounting programs such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon, etc.
Interested in developing a career within a skilled environment
