We're looking for a friendly, organised Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our automotive service customers.
You'll work closely with our workshop team to keep customers informed and make sure each visit runs smoothly.Key responsibilitiesWelcome customers, answer calls and manage service bookingsRecord vehicle concerns clearly for the workshopExplain recommended repairs, estimates and timeframesKeep customers updated on the progress of their vehiclesCoordinate with technicians and parts staffPrepare invoices and complete vehicle handoversAbout youStrong customer service and communication skillsGood organization and attention to detailConfidence handling customer concerns professionallyBasic computer skillsAutomotive service experience is preferred, but applicants with robust customer service experience are welcome
