We are known for our excellent customer service, technical knowledge, uncompromised quality and timely delivery of all printed circuit board requirements.About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and analytical Data and Reporting Analyst to work closely with our Senior Management Team, transforming business data into clear, accurate and meaningful information that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how a business operates and turning disconnected information from multiple sources into practical reports, dashboards and management tools.Key responsibilitiesExtracting, collating and analysing data from an existing ERP system and other business information sourcesDeveloping regular Operations,



Sales and Management ReportsCreating and maintaining meaningful KPI dashboards and performance reportsDeveloping automated and user-friendly reporting tools using Google Sheets and other available applicationsEnsuring Management has timely and reliable information to monitor performance and make informed decisionsCreating and maintaining reporting content, information and scripts within the company's Google intranet environment.Working closely with the Senior Management Team to identify reporting requirements and translate them into practical reporting solutionsConsolidating information from different departments and data sources to provide a clear picture of business performanceAnalysing trends, variances and performance against targetsImproving the accuracy, consistency and presentation of management informationAbout youPrevious experience in data analysis, business reporting, management reporting or a similar roleExperience extracting and analysing information from an ERP systemStrong spreadsheet skills, particularly Google Sheets and/or Microsoft ExcelExperience creating dashboards, KPI reports and management reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThe ability to interpret large amounts of information and present it in a clear and meaningful formatHigh attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior managersAn understanding of operational and sales performance measuresThe ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlinesExperience in a manufacturing workplace would be highly regarded, particularly where you have worked with operational, production, inventory, sales or financial data.
