No two days are the same, with your time split between repairing devices and supporting warehouse and administration functions.

About the Role
Working within a rapid-paced operation, you'll be responsible for assessing, processing, and repairing mobile devices while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
You'll utilise a range of systems including Excel, Teams, and internal tracking platforms to maintain accurate records and ensure devices move efficiently through the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnosing and repairing mobile phones and electronic devices
Performing basic testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks
Processing devices through internal systems and repair platforms




Updating repair statuses and maintaining accurate records
Managing Excel trackers and data entry tasks
Using Microsoft Teams and other business systems for communication and workflow management
Creating and maintaining shipping and repair documentation
Receiving, processing, and dispatching devices
Assisting with inventory control and stock management
Supporting the wider operations team with administrative duties
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a technical, repair, administration, or warehouse environment
Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience repairing mobile phones or electronic devices is highly regarded but not essential
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
