About The Role ...As a Food Outlet Attendant, your key responsibilities will be:Communicating effectively and taking food/drink ordersOperation of point of sale, including money handlingSafe food handling practicesConsistently preparing barista quality coffeesDelivery of customer service excellence to members and guestsPromoting of Club events and efficient delivery of information to all patronsTable service and delivery of mealsCleaning and maintaining clean and tidy work areaA front of house, hands‐on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic.




An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary food handling and safety understanding.The role covers service in two outlets with differing service styles including table service and order at point of sale.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in private functions as required offering both food & beverage service to guests.To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:Essential Skills & CompetenciesDemonstrated skills in a similar roleHygiene for Food Handlers Certification preferredTable service, or knowledge of service standardsGood understanding of Beverage and food offeringsProven ability to deal with a diverse demographicAbility to improve communications and form solid customer relationsEffective time management and organisational skillsImmaculate personal presentation and serviceRequirements And QualificationsPrevious experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role is preferredResponsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can acquire after employment)Working rights in AustraliaIf you are ready to take on a new challenge, are passionate about customer service and recognise the tremendous opportunity that this role offers, we want to hear from you!
