You may be supporting someone with personal care, assisting with everyday tasks at home, or helping a client stay connected with their community and the activities that are important to them.The roleYou will:Provide respectful, person-centred care in clients' homesAssist clients with personal care and daily activities according to their individual needs and choicesSupport clients with domestic tasks where requiredHelp clients maintain independence,



relationships and connection with their communityWork one-on-one with clients while being supported by an experienced local teamTravel between clients, generally around ***** minutes between servicesAbout youYou will have:Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Community Services, Disability or a related qualification, or completion of first-year nursing studiesA genuine interest in supporting older people to live well and independently at homeThe ability to work confidently and independently while also contributing to a teamA current driver licence, reliable vehicle and appropriate car insuranceNDIS Clearance, First Aid and CPR certification, or the ability to obtain theseA respectful and inclusive approach to people from all backgroundsWhy Benetas?
