Job Description
The Old Sydney Hotel in Maryborough is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver standout pub classics with premium Queensland produce.
You will drive daily operations, mentor the team, and maintain a solid link between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You will own the kitchen, implement safety standards, and work closely with the Publican to grow a high-performing team in a busy community-focused venue.
