As a small but global and rapidly growing skincare business we are looking for a full-time Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator based in our Moore Park Head Office.

What you'll be doing
We're looking for a highly organised Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day office administration and assist with influencer marketing activity, with a key focus on the UK market.
This entry-level role will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting creator outreach, gifting, campaign coordination and reporting.
It's ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced brand environmentFamiliarity with the UK/EU influencer landscape is advantageous but not essential.

What we're looking for
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who has recently completed their studies or is looking to take the next step into the beauty industry.




1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar administrative/support role or a related fieldHighly organised with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident liaising with external partners and stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platformsAny European languages spoken is an advantage
