Job Description
At Motor Scout, we're changing the way Australians buy cars.
Our platform helps people save time, money, and stress by connecting them with the right dealer offers - no pushy sales, just honest help.
We're looking for friendly, driven Sales Consultants to join our team in Kingscliff.
You don't need to come from the car industry.
If you love chatting with people, building trust, and helping them find the right solution, you'll thrive here.
What you'll be doing
Speaking with customers who have asked us for help with their new car
Guiding them through their options and making the process easy
Working closely with our supportive team to achieve shared goals
Enjoying a workplace that values balance, fun, and recognition
What we're looking for
Great listeners who enjoy conversations and solving problems
Confidence on the phone,

with a warm and approachable style
Team players who celebrate wins together
Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a bonus
Why you'll love it here
Friendly, supportive workplace with plenty of laughs
Clear training and ongoing mentoring - we'll set you up for success
Opportunities to grow your career as we expand nationally
Employer of Choice award-winning culture (think wellness rooms, team events, and even basketball hoops in the office)
If you're ready to be part of a rapid-growing Aussie company that values people just as much as results, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and help us make car buying a better experience for everyone.
