Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking a part time Training and Quality Coordinator for our Forster site.
You will coordinate education programs, maintain online training records, and support continuous improvement for residents and staff.
The role combines teaching, scheduling and compliance in a supportive, Christian-based care environment.
Essential qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate III in Aged Care.
