Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator ready to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join a warm, welcoming service on Brisbane's Northside.

About the role:
As the Lead Educator, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of educators within your room
Create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Support compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Valid First Aid & CPR (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
Current Child Protection training
Previous experience in a Lead Educator or similar role (preferred)
