Job Description
Hunter Valley Operations is seeking a confident Training Officer to deliver and support site-wide training and competency programs.
You will work with leaders and employees to build workforce capability, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate training records in the LMS.
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will review materials, update assessments, and coordinate training plans across the site while contributing to a robust learning culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
