Job Description
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is seeking a Learning Lead to shape the Future of Learning across regional Donor Experience teams.
You will lead a regional learning team, develop a clinical capability strategy, and drive capability outcomes across donor centres and operations.
You'll partner with operational leaders, turn workforce needs into practical plans for onboarding, coaching and competency development, and foster a connected, high-performing culture through change.
