Job Description
IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners to assess trade mark applications under the Trade Marks Act ****.
No prior IP experience is required as full training is provided.
The role involves research, applying legal tests, and liaising with businesses, individuals, IP professionals and the public to ensure robust IP rights.
The position is part of an affirmative recruitment measure for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, with training progressing through TM levels as described in
