Job Description
Harbour at Home is seeking a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour.
Shifts run from Coffs to Woolgoolga, Mon-Fri, between 7am and 7pm, with evenings ideally.
You will support clients with personal care, social engagement, and transport to appointments, while working autonomously and in a team to meet client needs in the local community.
