Stepping into 2IC duties when required, helping coordinate workloads, guide team members and maintain operational efficiency
What We're Looking For Essential
Current and valid Australian LF Forklift Licence
Demonstrated forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or FMCG setting
Confident and competent operating forklifts around production personnel, racking and active warehouse areas
Sound understanding of stock movements, warehouse processes and safe loading practices
Strong awareness of WHS requirements and safe forklift operating procedures

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently without constant supervision
A proactive attitude and willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse duties
Highly Regarded
Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or high-volume distribution
Experience acting as a Leading Hand, Senior Storeperson or Warehouse 2IC
High-reach forklift experience
RF scanning, WMS or inventory management experience
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards
Experience coordinating small teams or supporting warehouse supervisors
