They supply quality soil and organic products to the landscaping, gardening and horticulture industries.Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bagging & Packaging Operator to join a busy production team in YASS, NSW.
This hands-on role involves operating automated machinery to bag, package and prepare soil, compost and landscape products for dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Operate automated bagging and packaging machineryCheck product weights, quality,



labelling and packagingMeet daily production targetsComplete routine equipment checks and basic troubleshootingFollow all WHS requirements and site proceduresMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork effectively within a quick-paced production teamRequirements:Current Forklift Licence - Highly Regarded but Not EssentialPrevious production, packaging, manufacturing or industrial experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable with a safety-first attitudeAbility to follow SOPs and site proceduresPhysically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environmentAvailable for consistent weekday shiftsSecure, ongoing work in an essential and resilient industryConsistent work five days per week, with shifts of up to 10 hoursTime and a half after eight hours and double time after 10 hoursLong-term casual opportunity with reliable hoursOngoing site training and support providedOpportunity to build your skills with an established Australian business
