Your day to day
As a Night Porter, your shift will start at 11:00 pm and finish at 7:30 am.
Every day is different, but you will mostly be:
Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomesAssisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may haveStaying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendationsCompleting other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team in fulfilling guest needs
What we need from you
An unrestricted driver's licence (manual required)Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kgCommunication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk toYour problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with excellent memoriesAbility to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing,
