This is a casual position based at our Miranda NSW store, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping parents find the perfect products for their little ones.
Your friendly approach and product knowledge will contribute directly to creating a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers returning to Baby Village.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and providing friendly, helpful assistance throughout their shopping experienceDemonstrating product features and advantages to help customers make informed purchasing decisionsProcessing transactions accurately at the till and handling cash and card paymentsMaintaining product displays and ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well-organisedRestocking shelves and checking inventory levels regularlyAnswering customer enquiries about products, pricing and store policiesAssisting with stock deliveries and unpacking new merchandiseSupporting promotional activities and seasonal displaysWorking collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operationsFollowing company procedures and maintaining high standards of customer serviceWhat we're looking forExcellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping peopleStrong communication abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanourReliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly according to business needs,
