We're looking for a Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting experience to join our team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of the practice but also likes getting involved behind the scenes in the surgery.
One minute you could be welcoming a patient at reception, and the next you could be assisting the dentist - so if you like a role where every day is a little different, this could be for you!
Job DescriptionYou'll play an significant role in both our front-of-house and clinical teams, including:Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experienceManaging appointments, phone calls and patient enquiriesHandling payments and general reception administrationAssisting our dentists during proceduresPreparing and setting up treatment roomsCleaning, sterilising and maintaining clinical areasSupporting the team to keep the practice running smoothlyHelping patients feel comfortable and well looked afterJumping in wherever you're needed - we're a team!
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with people.Ideally,



you'll have:Previous dental reception experienceSome Dental Assisting experienceGreat communication and customer service skillsA friendly and approachable personalityGood attention to detailThe ability to stay organised in a busy environmentA willingness to learn and help wherever neededA genuine interest in creating a great patient experienceExperience is preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker!
