Day to day, this may include:Supporting personal care, daily living and household tasksAssisting with community access, social activities and employment goalsSupporting medication prompts and health routines (adjust to scope)Building positive, respectful relationships with participants and their familiesDocumenting shift notes and following each participant's support planAbout you1+ years' experience in disability support, aged care or community servicesConfident supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concernStrong documentation,



reporting and incident-management skillsAbility to work independently and mentor newer team membersEssential requirements A current Australian driver's licence (minimum P2)A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them.Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.Rights to work in AustraliaAvailability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster, including the ability to complete a minimum of two sleepover shifts per fortnight.
Common roster of care: 8am - 4pm, 4pm -8am (sleepover 10pm-6am).
