At any given time we have over 2,500 temporary employees working for us and each year we place more than **** people into full time permanent roles.ResponsibilitiesIf freight loading you will soley be focused on loading and unloading freight with some manual labour as neededOperate production line machinery and equipment to meet daily output targetsLoad and unload trucks, containers,



and pallets safely and efficientlyUse forklifts (counterbalance and/or reach) to move raw materials and finished goodsPerform basic quality checks and report any issues to supervisorsFollow WHS procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete required documentationWork collaboratively across shifts to keep production and dispatch running smoothlyYour ProfileCurrent, valid Forklift Licence (LF) – must be able to provide evidenceProven experience as a Production Operator, Freight Loader or similar factory/warehouse roleAbility to work 24/7 rotating shift patterns (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)Reliable transport to get to our Central Coast sites for all shiftsStrong safety mindset and ability to follow proceduresGood communication skills and a team-first attitudeDesirable (not essential):Experience in manufacturing, food, FMCG or logistics environmentsAdditional tickets (e.g. Reach Forklift, Order Picker & Overhead Crane)Basic computer skills for production/warehouse systemsCasual roles to commence withCompetitive hourly rate + shift penalties/allowancesWork in supportive team environments
