You'll be the go-to person for complex technical challenges, supporting both onsite and remote staff, and helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.This role is 100% onsite in Docklands, offering the chance to work closely with talented developers and technical specialists in a collaborative, innovative workspace.What You'll Be Doing:Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and user issues across Windows and MacOSManage incident, request, and problem tickets through their full lifecycleOversee workstation imaging, IT procurement, and vendor coordinationHandle employee onboarding/offboarding processesCollaborate with global IT teams and bridge communication across departmentsAssist with server/network upgrades, office moves,
