This casual role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vibrant culinary scene, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
We are looking for both Breakfast Chefs and Chef de Partie who thrive in a collaborative setting and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu specifications and recipesEnsure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation and hygieneWork efficiently and with a sense of urgency during busy service periodsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operationsManage preparation and cooking times effectively to support a seamless serviceMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstationsAdhere to food safety regulations,
