- be part of a rewarding not-for-profit organisationWhat you will doThe Personal Care Worker Is Responsible For EnsuringPersonal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etcSocial and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors and assisting residents attending activities.Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsWho are you and what will you bring?
