It shares a spacious car park and waiting room with a Physiotherapy practice.We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our growing teamQualifications & experienceExperience in private medical practiceQualifications in business and/or medical administrationconfident and competent patient / consumer communication skillsCompetence with word processing, spreadsheets, faxes, emails , printers and computers.demonstrated capacity to work in a small and busy teamExperience with using Best Practice Software desirableTasks & responsibilitiesgreeting patients at receptionmaking and managing patient appointmentsbilling for consultations and proceduresworking closely with our nurses and doctorshandling patient enquires, face to face and by telephoneExperience working with a small skilled team providing high quality comprehensive medical care to patients and their families.
