Electronics Assembler (PCB Process worker)We are an electronics manufacturer located in the Blacktown / Norwest area seeking an electronics assembler / process worker for manual loading of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) for an IMMEDIATE start.Key responsibilitiesHand soldering surface mount and through-hole components onto printed circuit boardsBasic final assembly of electronic equipment using power tools and/or hand toolsManual cable crimping and stripping wiresManual handling and heavy liftingInspection of loaded circuit boardsReworking circuit boards using de-soldering toolsGeneral electronic assembly work on production lineSelection CriteriaExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh-quality hand soldering skillsBasic knowledge of electronic componentsPrevious experience in manual Surface Mount (SMT) and/or Through Hole loading (THT) of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)Previous experience crimping cables and stripping wiresAbility to perform repetitive tasks whilst maintaining work to a high standardExcellent Fine Motor Skills (Ability to handle and assemble precision components)Previous experience and competency using hand toolsPrevious SMT Inspection and rework experience advantageous but not essentialApplicants must be available for in-person interview.
