As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a qualified and welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of our workshop.Key responsibilitiesGreet customers and assist with general enquiriesAnswer and manage incoming phone calls and emailsAssist customers with service and repair bookingsRecord customer and vehicle details accuratelyCoordinate customer vehicle drop-off and collectionCommunicate basic job updates and vehicle status to customersLiaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding customer vehiclesPrepare and organise basic paperwork, invoices and customer recordsProcess customer payments and issue receiptsManage keys and vehicle documentationAbout youFriendly,
